Facebook Lite version coming to iOS

Facebook is working on a Lite version of Facebook for iOS. This version was already released on the Android platform. The Facebook Lite App will be around 5MB of download size. The lite version will use less data and power, the lite app has to work better for low-end devices. The lite version isn’t on the AppStore yet. But sources say it is getting tested by some iOS users.

The release date is still unknown.
